_CORPUS II is a performative journey through three transformative states of the body.

It begins with one body manipulating another, moves into a moment of self-recognition in which the performer explores an intimate, almost erotic relationship with the cello, and culminates in the affirmation of the female body as free, autonomous, and self-possessed. 

The performance is inspired by earlier works such as _CORPUS and ESSÊNCIA from the project CRIA.TUA, as well as by 25 November – the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
